Rising Americana Singer/Songwriter Jeremie Albino has emerged as one of the summer’s most exciting new artists to watch, and today Jeremie shared another taste of what’s to come with the single “The Cabin.” The track features Jeremie being joined by the extraordinary vocal talents of Hannah Georgas, Carleigh Aikins and Taylor Guitard. Jeremie also shared a live performance video of “The Cabin” with Aikins and Guitard, premiering today on The Bluegrass Situation.

Speaking on the single Jeremie says, “The Cabin is a song that came from a romantic day dream. About that feeling of being away from the one you love and how we always tend to fantasize about when and where we’ll see them again.  I was so grateful to have some friends come and perform on the recording with me. My friends Hannah Georgas, Carleigh Aikins and Taylor Guitard join me in the choruses.”

In conjunction with today’s single it was also announced that Jeremie will release his wildly impressive debut album Hard Time on August 9th. Preorder the album here.

Hard Time pays homage to other musical troubadours who rambled down similar paths throughout history— Jeremie nods slyly to the legendary blues singers who inspired him, offers a soft and insightful touch with his folk songs, and stomps and swaggers through soulful rock ‘n’ roll. The first recordings were laid down at the Bombshelter in Nashville with producer Andrija Tokic (Alabama Shakes, Hurray For The Riff Raff, Langhorne Slim), and the rest was finished off at Union Sound in Toronto with Crispin Day.
